Techniques to Boost Your Memory

Certified trainers teach proven memory enhancing techniques that address common everyday memory concerns. You will learn tips for remembering names and faces, recalling appointments and plans, avoiding misplacing objects and overcoming those “tip of the tongue” memory slips. Nine out of ten participants report improvements in their memory!

These trainings are not intended for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

What is Memory Training?

Memory Training is a two-week program designed to teach effective memory techniques to improve memory. The course targets the four most common memory complaints that many people experience in their daily lives: remembering names and faces; remembering items on your to-do list, remembering where you put your things and “tip of the tongue” memory slips.

Who is Memory Training for?

Memory Training is designed for adults over 50 who are experiencing memory changes due to normal aging changes. This program is not designed for adults who are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia.

How long are the training sessions?

There are three memory training classes and they meet for 90 minutes. It is best to commit to all three classes.

Is there a fee for this program?

Currently, there is not a fee for this 3 week program.

Why should I take a Memory Training course?

The Memory Training Program focuses on research-based memory strategies that have been shown to improve memory in older adults with normal, age-related memory challenges.
